摘要
应用化学诱变剂EMS和PYM复合处理诱变大粒大豆的合子,对突变体进行多代选择鉴定,育成了化诱5号大豆新品种。该品种籽粒圆型,种皮黄色,百粒重28g左右,抗病、抗倒伏,耐旱、耐涝,丰产性强,稳产性好。适宜在河北省中南部地区夏播推广种植。
Abstract:New soybean cultivar Huayou 5 has been developed with the treatment of chemical mutagen EMS followed by PYM to the zygote of soybean and the selections to the mutants. It has the characteristics of round grain, yellow seed coat, stress resistance and stable yield with the hundred grains weight of 28g. It is adapted for the summer-sowing areas in the middle and south part of Hebei province.
