摘要 介绍了脂肪氧化酶在理化性质、基因学研究、遗传连锁关系、生理作用及其在实际生活中的利用价值、脂氧酶缺失与农艺性状的关系、脂氧酶缺失种质的筛选、无腥味大豆品种选育以及脂氧酶缺失基因分子标记方面的研究进展。 This paper introduced the physical and chemical properties, advance of gene study, genetic linkage, physiological function and value of lipoxygenase. It also discussed the relationship between lipoxygenase deficiency and agronomic traits, the selection of the germplasm with lipoxygenase deficiency, the breeding of the cultivars without stinking smell, and summarized the development in research of molecular labeling of the lipoxygenase deficiency gene.
