略论肝气虚证

在分析古今中外医家对肝气虚证论述的基础上,结合临床提出肝气虚证的诊断方案及理法方药,认为它主要分布于慢性肝炎疾病及与植物神经功能紊乱有关的病证之中,分析了忽视肝气虚证若干原因,并明确在诊断本证时应与肝气郁、脾气虚、肝阳虚及肝郁脾虚证等相鉴别。

On the basis of analyzing descriptions on Qi- deficiency syndrome by domesticand foreign physicians, an-cient and mortem, and combining it with clinical study. a diagnostic project and the system of theory method recipe drug is formulated. It is claimed that the syndrome is mainly encountered in chronic hepatitis and dysfunction of vegetative nervous system. Causes of ignorance of suchsyndrome are also mentioned It is also pointed out that differential diagnosis should be made among this syndrome and stagnation of liver qi deficiency of spleen - qi. deficiency of liver -yang. and liver -stagnation - spleen - deficiency.
