摘要
论文基于网壳锚喷支护结构在某矿高应力软岩巷道中的应用,介绍了钢筋网壳锚喷支护结构的特点、施工工艺及技术要求。为了解该结构的力学性能,校核网壳支架设计,优化支护参数,进行了围岩位移、巷道收敛与支架变形等三方面的现场测试,并对测试数据进行分析,最后进行了技术效果和经济效益综合评价,为其在高应力软岩巷道中推广应用提供了可靠的依据。
Base the application of the steel mesh,bolt and shotcrete support system applied to high stress soft rock roadway in a coal mine,the paper introduced the features,construction technology and technical requirements of the reinforced bar mesh,bolt and shotcrete support system.In order to understand the mechanic performances,to calibrate the design of the reinforced bar mesh and to optimize the support parameters,the site measurements and tests on surrounding rock displacement,roadway convergence and the support deformation were conducted.The data from the measurements and tests were analyzed.In the final,the technical results and economic benefits were comprehensively assessed,which could provide reliable references to the application in mine high stress soft rock roadways.
