摘要
粘尘棒作为一种高效的煤层注水添加剂,不但能够有效地提高煤尘的降尘率,而且可使煤体产生的煤尘爆炸下限浓度升高,煤尘爆炸性减弱,具有综合防尘减灾的作用,对煤矿的安全生产具有重要的意义。煤尘爆炸下限浓度是煤尘爆炸特性的一个重要参数,论文利用Hartman装置通过对不同含水量下水与粘尘棒对煤尘爆炸下限浓度的对比试验研究,分析了添加粘尘棒煤层注水后对煤尘的爆炸下限浓度的影响及原因。
The dust sticking bar as an high efficient additive agent for seam water injection can not only efficiently to improve the coal dust reduction rate,but also can make coal mass to improve the lower limit density of coal dust explosion increased and to reduce coal dust explosion potential,which could have a comprehensive function of dust prevention and disaster reduction and could have an important meaning to the mine safety production.The lower limit of the coal dust explosion is important parameter of coal dust explosion features.The paper had a comparison test and study on the lower limits of coal dust explosion between water and dust sticking bar under the different water contents with Hartman device.The paper analyzed the influence and cause of the coal dust explosion lower limit density after the dust sticking bars added to in seam water injection.
