摘要
为了减少摩擦、磨损,提高机械系统的寿命,这里提出一种新的设计方法——主动摩擦学设计。建立直齿圆柱齿轮传动的强度设计模型和润滑设计模型,将两者有机结合得出摩擦学设计模型。结合实例通过改变参数进行计算、分析、比较,得出可行性的结论。
A new design method of gear transmission, initiative tribology design, is put forward in order to decrease friction, wear, and increase life of machine system in this paper. the general model of strength design for straight cylinder gear transmission is formed. Lubrication design model are shown Combining lubrication design with strength design, the tribological design model of straight cylinder gear is created. Analysis of tribological design model is made by different parameters variation . Correctness and feasibility conclusions are made.
