摘要
用并行工程的思想,对零件可制造性进行较详细的分析。得出并行工程环境下的零件制造性能设计框架,给出一个集成的DFM系统实例,深入研究基于DFM实施方法。应用表明了本结构模型的可行性和可操作性。
In this paper, parts manufacturability is analysed in detail. A framework of Design For Manufacturing (DFM) with in Concurrent Engineering(CE) is pro - posed according to CE ideas. In order to make a thorough study on methods of feasible DFM, an example of integrated CAD/DFM/CAPP/CAM system based on knowledge is given. This model has good feasibility and practicability that were proved by an integrated CAD/DFM/CAPP/CAM system in this paper.
