摘要
研究CA6140型车床发现了一条新的传动路线,可以减少u倍=1时,车削公制螺纹、模数螺纹、以及大导程螺纹传动链中传动齿轮6个,使传动路线大大给短,可较大地提高传动精度和被加工螺纹精度。该新方法也适用C620—1型车床。
A new transfer system is found It is shorter, more simple and more precision. It is used to cut some type screws, such as the metric system screw, the modular system screw, and so on, when their transfer ratio of multiple structure equals one.
