摘要 作为削峰减荷的一种有效方式,可中断负荷管理利用用户的用电灵活性,来缓解负荷高峰期供电的紧张状况,减少昂贵的发电旋转备用,这对于电力系统的安全、经济运行有着举足轻重的作用。作者从可中断负荷管理的原理出发,将可中断负荷引入到输电阻塞管理中,提出了通过潮流优化辅以可中断负荷控制的消除阻塞的最优调度模式。对该模式的经济性分析以及IEEE6节点的算例表明,在电力市场条件下,采用潮流优化辅以可中断负荷控制的阻塞管理模式是可行的,也是较优的。 To relieve the uptight power supply situation at peak load duration the interruptible load management (ILM) is an effective manner by which the peak load can be shifted by use of customers' power consumption flexibility and the expensive spinning reserve can also be decreased, and it plays a major role in the secure and economic operation of power system. On the basis of the principle of ILM the authors lead the interruptive load into power transmission congestion management and propose an optimal dispatching mode to eliminate the congestion by optimized power flows with the assistance of interruptible load control. The result from economical efficiency analysis of the proposed mode and that from calculation example by IEEE 6-bus system show that in the environment of electricity market the proposed congestion management mode is both feasible and better.
