摘要
在变电站配置过程中,其配置语言(Substation Configuration description Language,SCL)最终采用XMLSchema进行定义,如使用本体技术来强化SCL的语义表达,则可以弥补XMLSchema在语义表示上的一些不足,从而避免IEC61850语义信息模型在实现时所产生的语义混乱和失配现象。文章介绍了XMLSchema的组成及技术特点,分析了采用XMLSchema定义的SCL几个基本构件的实现内容和结构关系,举例说明了为增强语义表达能力而采用的两种重要的定义声明方法,提出了基于本体技术强化SCL语义表达能力的基本框架。
In the configuration of substation, the substation configuration description language (SCL) is eventually defined by XML Schema. When the ontology technique is used to intensify the semantic expression, the defects of semantic expression of XML Schema can be remedied, so the semantic confusion and mismatching, which appear during the implementation of semantic information model in IEC61850, can be avoided. The authors present the constitution and technical features of XML Schema, analyze the implemented contents and structural relationship of several basic components of SCL, which are defined by XML Schema, explain two important definition declaration methods which are used to enhance the ability of semantic description by examples, and propose fundamental frame based on ontology technique to intensify the semantic expression ability of SCL.
