摘要
结合典型的气动自动化系统MPS的通信网络改造,介绍了CC-Link总线的技术特点,讨论了应用CC-Link总线对气动自动化系统进行控制网络互联、数据通信与人机界面构成等方面的软硬件实现方法.实践表明控制网络运行可靠、MPS工作稳定,实现了控制数据的共享.
The fieldbus is one of the focuses of the current automatic technical development praised as the computer LAN of the automatic field. CC-Link bus as one of the fieldbus,it has higher performance in real-time character,distributed control and RAS function,etc.. This article combines the communication network transforms of typical pneumatic automated system MPS,introduced the technological characteristic of CC-Link bus,analysed the software and hardware implementation method of network to the pneumatic automated system interconnectedly,data com munication and composition of HMI by CC-Link bus. Practice indicate control network operate reliable,MPS work steady and the data sharing has been realized.
