硝石矾石片治疗囊虫病2750例临床观察

Cysticercosis Treated with Alum- niter Tablet: Obser- vation on 2750 Cases,

采用硝石矾石片治疗囊虫病2750例,3个月为一疗程,连用3个疗程以上。结果:皮下肌肉囊虫病1250例,治愈762例(61.0％),总有效率为92.3％;脑囊虫病1500例,治愈649例(43.3％),总有效率为90.7％。对血囊虫抗体转阴率为69.5％,对脑脊液囊虫抗体转阴率为55.1％。研究表明,本品治疗囊虫病的最佳疗程为3个疗程。

The therapy includes 3 therapeutic courses, each lasting for 3 months. Results show that 762 out of 1250 cases of subcutaneous muscular type were cured, accounting for 61. 7%. the total effective rate being 92. 3%. While 649 (43. 3%) out of 1500 cases of brain type were cured, the total effective rate being 90. 7%. The rate of turning negative of blood antibody test was 69.5%. that of cerebro - spinal fluid 55.1%. For this tablet, the optimal therapeutic course was 3 courses.
