摘要
目的探讨窒息新生儿脑血流动力学的状况,提供早期诊断方法。方法应用彩色多普勒对39例窒息新生儿和24例正常新生儿大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉血流参数进行检测。结果出生后24小时,窒息新生儿大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉收缩期及舒张末期血流速度均下降,尤其以舒张末期血流下降为明显,与正常组比较,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。脑动脉阻力指数升高,与对照组有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论窒息后脑血流动力学改变对判断有否缺血缺氧性脑病(H IE)及其程度具有重要的参考价值,有助于脑损伤的诊断和治疗。
Objective To study the change of cerebrovascular hemodynamics of asphyctic neonate and to offer early diagnostic methods. Methods Parameters of the blood flow of arteria cerebri anterior of 39 neonates were examined and compared with that of the control group. Results The systolic end diastolic and mean blood flow velocity of arteria cerebri anterior and middle cerebri anterior descended significantly in postnatal 24h comparison with the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion It indicates that the degree of hypoxic ischemic encepha lopathy (HIE)can be determined by the number of the altered cerebral arteries showed on CDFI. The observation of asphyctic neonates will be in favour of the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral injury of asphyctic neonates.
