影响腰椎间盘突出症手法疗效的四种相关因素的回归分析

Four related factors affecting therapeutic effects of manual treatment of lumbar intervertebral disk protrusion

采用手法门诊治疗符合自拟病例选择标准的腰椎间盘突出症３２例，对与疗效相关的四种因素进行回归分析。结果显示，病程对手法的疗效影响最大，性别次之，年龄再次之，直腿抬高试验阳性角度最小。认为：在一定情况下，确知此四种相关因素，可以较为准确地估计手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的周期和效果。

Thirty-two outpatients with lumbar intervertebral disk protrusion,who accorded with the self-worked-out staneards for case selection, were treated by maneuvers,and the four factors related to the therapeutic effects were regressively analysed. The results showed that the disease course had the greatest influence on the therapeutic effects ;the sex the second ;the age the third ;and the positive straight-leg-raising test the least. It was considered that knowing the four related factors could help accurately estimate the period and result of the manual treatment of lumbar intervertebral disk protrusion.
