急性大腿筋膜间隔综合征有其自身的特点和规律。报告了１９９０年以来治疗的３例急性大腿筋膜间隔综合征，探讨了本病的病因、诊断和治疗。强调早期诊断和及时彻底的筋膜间隔减压是治疗本病的关键，张力性肿胀、剧烈疼痛、缺血性麻痹和微循环障碍系本病的早期诊断依据。推荐用内、外侧两个切口作前、后和内侧筋膜间隔减压。

Acute compartment syndrome of the thigh has its own particularity and regularity. Three cases of acute compartment syndrome of the thigh treated from 1990 are reported, and the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of this disease are discussed in the paper. It was emphasized that early diagnosis ,prompt and thorough compartmental decompression are the key to the treatment of the disease. The basis for its early diagnosis is the presence of tension swelling ,megalgia,ischemic paralysis and microcirculatory disturbance. Anterior, posterior and medial compartmental decompression through both medial and lateral incisions are recommended.
