首次发现了特定结构的稀土盐对PVC良好的初期稳定性能。采用合适的合成工艺和阴离子基团,合成一种单稀土PVC无毒稳定剂,除稀土盐外不含其他任何金属盐成分。这种单稀土稳定剂不仅长期热稳定性好,并且具有良好的抑制初期着色能力,透明性、自润滑性和光稳定性亦佳。

It was discovered for the first time that a kind of rare earth salt with specific structure had good initial stability to PVC.A kind of non-toxic single rare earth stabilizer without containing other metal salt was synthesized from anion group by adopting a suitable synthesis process.This kind of single rare earth stabilizer had good long-term heat stability,initial colouring inhibiting effect,transparency,self-lubricating property and light stability.
