摘要
目的分析睢阳区狂犬病流行特征,探讨流行因素。方法收集2003年1月～2004年12月睢阳区医疗卫生机构报告的狂犬病个案调查资料。结果近2年来睢阳区报告狂犬病呈上升趋势。结论养犬数增加,没有及时全程使用狂犬疫苗和抗血清,没有正确处理伤口是流行回升的因素。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological feature of rabies and explore the risk factors in Suiyang district for the control of rabies.Methods Collecting and analyzing data of rabies reported by the hospitals in Suiyang district in 2003.1~2004.12.Results Rabies in Suiyang district is on the rise in the last two years.Conclusion Facts as increasing number of dog raising,having not been injected with rabies vaccine and antibodies serum timely or full course,having not been treated properly after exposure might serve as factors responsible for the recurrent increase of rabies.
