脉冲式扩张法对上消化道管腔狭窄的治疗价值

A Clinical Study on Luminal Stenosis of Postoperative Esophagus or Cardiac Cancer Relaxation Pressometer

目的探讨脉冲式扩张法对食管、贲门癌术后、放疗后管腔狭窄治疗的应用价值。方法应用脉冲式压力器、哑铃型球囊、加强导丝及血管介入导丝,对72例食管、贲门癌术后放疗后管腔狭窄患者进行扩张术治疗,其中男51例,女21例,平均年龄61.4岁。结果显效81.9%(59/72)、有效12.5%(9/72)、无效5.6%(4/72)、总有效率94.4%(68/72)。结论脉冲式扩张法对食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄的治疗具有重要价值,但对放射治疗后所致的管腔狭窄疗效较差。

Objective To explore the application value of pulsatile dilatation in treating luminal stenosis of postoperative esophagus cardiac cancer or post radiotherapy. Methods 72 patients suffered from luminal stenosis of postoperative esophagus or cardiac cancer or post radiotherapy underwent pulsatile dilatation with the help of self-regulating relaxation pressometer、collar-button saccules and guide lines intervened in blood vessels.Among these patients,there were 51 men and 21 women with the average age of 61.4.Results The remarkable efficacy is 81.9 %(59/72),efficacy is 12.5 %(9/72), inefficacy is 5.6 %(4/72) and the total efficacy is 94.4 %(68/72).Conclusion It is significant for pulsatile dilatation to tackle anastomotic stricture of postoperative esophagus or cardiac cancer, but it has inferior curative effect to luminal stenosis after radiotherapy.
