通过对比包钢与各大钢铁企业能耗指标,分析包钢能耗指标落后、能耗偏高的原因,探讨今后节能降耗的主要方向和有效途径,包括对铁焦烧系统、炼钢系统、轧钢系统等的改造和优化管理。同时提出煤气综合利用的措施,以提高企业的综合竞争能力。

Through comparing energy consumption of Baotou Steel Company with that of other steel companies, the paper analyzes the reason for poor energy consumption index and high energy consumption, and discusses about main orientation and effective manners of energy conservation and lowering consumption in future which includes reformation and optimal management of iron coke burning system, making steel system and steel rolling system. At the same time it brings out synthetic utility measures to promote company's synthetic competitive ability.
