摘要
依据DSM的理念和示范项目的要求,结合示范地区的特点,简要介绍中国绿色照明工程《DSM照明节电示范项目》效果评估的技术方案、指标体系和数据采集。根据算法模型和计算程序得到评估结果。
According to DSM concept and the requirement of demonstrative project,the paper introduces Chinese green illumination project about 'DSM illumination demonstrative project on energy conservation' combined with the typical region character at the point of assessment program, index system and data reading. From the calculating model and program,the assessment results can be obtained.
