摘要
从电力市场发展的新形势出发,概要分析现行电力营销业务流程的缺陷,阐述实施电力营销业务流程重组的必要性、目的、方法,并结合青海实际,提出电网经营企业电力营销业务流程重组设计方案,包括营销专业化集约管理模式、营销综合一体化集约管理模式等。同时详细分析了建立营销业务流程重组的保障体系。
Proceeding from the new situation of power marketing,the paper mainly analyzes the drawback of professional power marketing circuit and sets forth the necessity, object and method of designing program about professional circuit realignment which includes intensive management modes of specialized marketing and synthetic integration. Meanwhile insurance system of professional circuit realignment is taken into account.
