It is of vital strategic importance to develop county economy in rural areas in order to establish an affluent society thoroughly.Quickening the development of county economy must conform to the trend of the society ,and it must depend on the resources to make profit with the guidance of marckets?We must have our feet firmly planted in the relative superiority to construct characteristic and dominant industries?In a scientific way of thinking,we should take some practical measures to enforce the transform from the superiority of resources to the superiority of industry and economy in order to obtain our goals earlier that there is a continuous development of county economy and an affluent society.
