涎腺上皮性肿瘤的免疫组化研究

摘要 本文应用免疫组化方法(IGSS、ABC和PAP法),对10例正常涎腺组织和40例涎腺上皮性肿瘤进行了角蛋白(KT)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)癌胚抗原(CEA)、波形蛋白(Vim)和S—100蛋白(S—100)的定位观察。结果表明涎腺上皮性肿瘤的各种上皮成分不同程度地显示S—100、EMA、KT和CEA阳性,与正常涎腺闰管区细胞相一致,提示涎腺大多数肿瘤来自闰管区细胞,这种细胞具有向多种上皮和间叶组织的分化潜能。 By the use of immunohistochemical techniques (IGSS, ABC and PAPmethods), we have investigated the distribution of keratin (KT), Epithelial membrane anti-gen(EMA), Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), Vimentin(Vim) and S-100 protein (s-100) in the salivary gland of 10 normal persons and in the epithelial tumor of salivary gland of 40patients.The results demonstrated that the epithelial components of the epithelial tumors of saliv ary gland revealed positlive staining for KT, EM A, CEA and S-100, these were consisted with the immuno-reaction of cells of intercalated duct. Our findings supported the hypothesis that the intercalated duct cells are the progenitor cells for most epithelial tumors of salivary gland.
