入世对中国货币政策独立性的影响

On the independence of China's monetary policies after its entry into the WTO

入世以后随着经济全球化和中国对外开放的不断扩大,我国货币政策的有效性将面临许多新的变数,但这些变数带来的影响在很大程度上存在互相抵消的可能。只要抓住有利时机、采取适当的政策搭配,中央银行完全可以在推进金融体制市场化改革的过程中继续保持货币政策的独立性和有效性。

After China's entry into the WTO and due to economic globalization and China's continuous opening,the effectiveness of China's monetary policies are open to many variables.However,the impacts hence brought forward may offset each other.If it can grasp the opportunities and employ appropriate supporting policies,the Central Bank will undoubtedly be able to keep the independence and effectiveness of monetary policies.
