入世后中国零售业的发展战略

摘要 随着中国本土零售业的蓬勃发展和入世的冲击,中国零售业内外竞争目益加剧。中国零售企业要实现真正意义上的扩张,就必须从两方面着手:做大企业与做强企业。通过企业的规模扩张、资本扩张、业态扩张来做大企业;通过减少管理成本,提高管理效率,通过经营创新,实施品牌经营战略来做强企业。这是零售企业实现自身扩张的有效手段。 With the vigorous growth of Chinese native retail and Chinas Entry into WTO, enterprises for retail, which indeed want to expand themselves, should do well in the following two points: enlarging and strengthening themselves. Enterprises should enlarge themselves by expanding their scale, by putting more capital and by trying more means of retail. At the same time they should strengthen themselves by reducing management cost, by promoting management officiency, by making innovation of management and by fulfilling strategy of famous brand. So it is efficient for the enterprises to develop themselves in this way.
