摘要
家族企业作为一种特殊的企业形式，它的产生是两种管理文化力量共同作用的结果，其一是社会传统文化中的家族文化，其二是西方工业文明中的工商管理文化。各国的家族企业组织形式及其运作理念基本都受到西方工商管理文化的影响，因此本应该在许多方面表现一致，但实践证明，各国家族企业实际展现的组织性格和经营效率却相当不同。因此，本文从家族企业的另一个文化根基——家族文化的视角着手去分析其对中国家族企业特性的影响，并对中国家族企业的发展提出建议。
The presence of family businesses is the effect of two management cultures,one is tradi- tional family culture,the other is west business administration culture.Owning to the same effect of the west business administration culture,the form and operational conception of all countries’family businesses should be similar.However,the organizational characteristics and operational efficiency of them are considerably different in practice.So,this paper analyzes the influence on Chinese family businesses’characteristics of the other management cultural root——family culture,then gives some suggestions for the development of Chinese family businesses.
