摘要
研究了盆栽试验中钾素营养对不同耐低钾类型大豆根系形态和生理特性的影响。试验结果表明,对K+不敏感的大豆铁丰31 号,随着钾水平的下降,侧根长、根干重、根系活跃吸收面积、根系活力等根系形态和生理指标变化不明显。相反,对K+敏感的大豆铁95068-5 则随着钾水平的下降,各指标变化明显。在低钾条件下,对钾不敏感的铁丰31 号根系各项指标都有利于高产的形成,可作为培育耐低钾大豆的亲本或直接用于低钾土壤的大豆生产。
Effects of potassium concentration in the soil on the morphological and physiological characteristics of soybean root were studied by taking soybean varieties sensitive differently to potassium as materials in potted experiment. Results showed that for the variety Tiefeng 31 insensitive to potassium, its root characteristics such as lateral root length, root dry weight, root active absorbing area and root activity were not affected obviously by the decreasing of potassium concentration; but for the variety Tie 95068-5 sensitive to potassium, just the reverse was true. Under the condition of low potassium concentration, the expressions of root characteristics in Tiefeng 31 were beneficial to forming high yield. So Tiefeng 31 can be used as parent in breeding program for varieties tolerant to low potassium level or directly planted as available variety in the soil with low potassium concentration.
