本溪钢铁(集团)第二炼铁公司针对6号高炉通过开炉前的细致准备,结合公司外部条件及高炉自身状况,制定适合的操作制度并应用送风后快速降硅,减少冶炼时间,适时调整装料及煤气气流等一系列措施,使6号高炉在开炉后短时间内生产水平迅速上升,实现了安全开炉和快速达产。

With analysis of company’s outer and inner onditions,then taking a series of measures as careful preparations before opening furnace,making relative operation regulations,applying quick reduction of silicon after blowing-in,reducing smelting charge and gas flowing at the right time,the No 2 Ironmaking Factory has made rapid increase of productivity in a short time,and furthermore realize safe opening of furnace and quick reach of predictive productivity.
