摘要
1989~1992年通过广泛测交,从约600份材料中筛选出十几份高度恢复的黔型小麦恢复系。从保持系、恢复系中筛选出一些杂交种子饱满的材料,可用来克服黔型小麦不育系种子效缩问题。通过回交转育,有成3个改良型黔型小麦雄性不育系──QA1104、QA004、QA006。同时进行恢复系改良,获得上百份同质黔型恢复系和数百份异质材料。最后,还讨论了黔型小麦不育系种子坡缩及恢复关系等问题。
Through widely testing -crosses twelve Qin - type wheat R - lines were obtalned from 600 materials in 1989 ~1992. Some materials whose hybrid seeds with Qin - type wheat A - line are pump may be Qin - type wheat B - lines or Qin - type wheat R - lines, so those matetials may be used to overcome the seed wrinkle of Qin - type wheat A - lines. Three improved Qin - type wheat A - lines (QA1104 QA004, QA006) were obtained by means of backcross breeding. In addition, more than 100 homocytoplasm Qin- type wheat R - lines and hundreds of heterocytoplasm materials were obtained in Qin - type wheat R - lines' Improvement. At last, the prob ems on seed wrimkle and recovery- maintenance reiation of Qin - type wheat sterile line were discussed.
