The Exploration of Shanghai Agricultural Industrial Organization

农业组织模式的变化是一定时期生产力与生产关系相互作用的具体反映,是社会经济发展过程的具体表现。本文分析了上海现行的农业产业组织模式的弊端,借鉴发达国家的农业产业组织模式并结合上海农业实际,从完善约束机制的角度,提出了上海农业应分阶段发展“公司+合作社+农户”型和农村股份制这两种有效的产业组织模式。

Changes of agricultural organization patterns are a concrete reflection of the interaction between productive forces and production relations at certain stage, and are a manifestation in the social and economic development. This paper analyzed the disadvantages of current agricultural organization patterns in Shanghai, and then put forward that Shanghai agriculture should develop by stages the 'company+cooperative+peasant household' and the rural joint-stock system these two effective industrial organization patterns in terms of improving the restraint mechanism by using developed countries' agricultural organization patterns as a reference and according to the current agricultural conditions in Shanghai.
