摘要
农作物的营养研究是以增加作物产量、提高作物质量为目标的,而增加作物产量和提高产品质量是为了满足人类生存和人体健康对营养的需要。人体对营养元素的需要量和配比与植物不同,除了植物所必需的17种元素外,人体还需要其它元素。作物产品中若缺少人体健康所需的某些元素,那么以这些作物产品为食物的人的健康就会受到影响。若采用对土壤环境营养施肥技术及作物富营养化加富人体必需养分的施肥技术,上述状况就可能得以显著改善,甚至得到开创性改变。
The nutritional research of agricultural crops is aimed at increasing crop yields and improving their quality, and the aim of improving crop yields and quality is to meet the requirement of human existence and health. Human requirements for nutrient elements and their proportion are different from crops. Besides 17 nutrient elements required by crops, human body also needs other elements. If the crop products are short of some elements required by human body, a person taking them as food may be in bad health. But this condition can be improved and even creatively changed through using techniques of enrichment culture of crops and enrichment soil environment with nutrient elements required by human body.
