摘要
对减压液相色谱装置进行了改进,使其更加简单、实用,并首次应用到贯叶连翘中金丝桃素的提取.其结果与常压液相色谱相比较,令人满意.
The apparatus of VLC was improved, after improving,the apparatus is more simple and pratical.And for the first time,we use the technique to separate hypericin from hypericum perforatum L., the result was satisfactory.
