摘要 与常规水稻相比,杂交水稻种子具有明显的生理优势。具体表现在杂交水稻种子脱氢酶,细胞色素氧化酶和淀粉酶活性强。且杂交水稻种子胚乳中具有α-淀粉酶,而常规水稻种子胚乳中不具有此种酶。杂交水稻种子萌发速率和活力指数也比常规水稻大。但杂交水稻种子耐贮藏性较差。本文对杂交水稻种子的生理特点与耐藏性的关系进行了讨论。 Activities of the dehydrogenase cytochrome oxidase and amylase in the new seeds of hybrid rice varieties were higher than those in the new seeds of common rice varieties. The α-amylase was found in the dry endosperm of hybrid riceseeds but not in the dry endosperm of common rice seeds. The new hybrid rice seeds were obvioursly superior to the common rice seeds in germination and seedling growth. But the germination rates and the vigour indexes of hybrid rice seeds decreased more rapidly than those of common rice seeds during the seeds storage.
