性功能失常矫治术治疗器质性ED 33年回顾(下)——附1244例报告

Sexual dysfunction corrective operation for the treatment of organic ED--Review of 33 vears and report of 1244 cases

目的:探讨器质性ED致病因素,提高手术治疗效果。方法:总结33年来性功能失常矫治术治疗1244例器质性ED的体会。结果:获得3个月至33年随访者1087例(87.38%),疗效逐步增加。近8年来治愈率已达75.84%,总有效率95.06%,无效率4.81%。结论:性功能失常矫治术治疗器质性ED有较好的疗效,值得推广。

Objective:Make an inquirng into the couse of organic ED and inprove the curatived effect of the operation Methods: Sum up the experience of treating 1244 cases with the Sexual dysfunction corrective operation.Results: According to feelbacks of 1087 patients, ranging in suneg time 3 months to 33 years. The officient rate were increasing, it reach 75.79% during recent 8 years. One total efficient rate reach 95.19%, loose reach is 4.81%. Conclusion: It is the efficient to treat organic ED with the sexual dysfunction corrective operation
