论文以上海市中心图书馆松江分馆三年工作所取得的成绩为依据,说明分馆制是区县公共图书馆事业发展的有效机制。
This thesis tries to prove that the sub-library system is an effective mechanism in the development of district (county)-level public library since it has been carried out successfully in Songjiang Sub-library of Shanghai Central Library for three years.
