分析了冰箱手柄的成型工艺,介绍了手柄气体辅助注射模的设计、制造及气体辅助注射工艺,详细叙述了在注射过程中平衡型腔压力的方法、避免塑件产生冲击痕缺陷的措施及气针的构造及模具的工作过程。
The technological process for forming the refrigerator handle is analyzed.The design and manufacture of the gas-assisted injection mould for forming the refrigerator handle and the gas-assisted injection technology are introduced.The method for balancing the cavity pressure in the injection process,the measure for preventing the plastic parts from impact defects,the structure of the gas needle and the working process of the mould are stated in detail.
