增产素预处理对小麦幼苗形态建成的研究

摘要 用20,40,60和80ppm的增产素预处理小麦种子的试验表明:对幼苗初生根的伸长均有抑制作用,其初生根总长都短于对照,就单株而言,对发生得越早的初生根其抑制作用越强表现为幼苗的主根>第一对侧生胚根>第二对侧生胚根;60和80ppm两处理能促进根系的粗壮;预处理后对地上部伸长的抑制作用小于地下部,但地上部干重与苗高之比值(mg/cm)显著高于对照;四种浓度的处理均能促进初生根的发生。试验初步认为40—60ppm对提高细苗素质的效果为最佳。 Wheat seeds were treated separately in 20,40,60and 80 ppm of 'Zenchuansu'solution . thereafter, the growth of seedlings was observed and recorded. The result shows that the elongation of primary root is restrainted by the treatment of any concentration of 'Zenchuansu'solution. The total length of primary root is shorter than that of the check.As to single plant ,earlier the primary root emerges stronger the inhibiting effect is.Comparing with the lateral embryo roots, the main root of wheat seedling received more strong restraint than the former and the inhibiting influence in the second pair of embryo roots is least. Following the treatment of 60ppm or 80ppm of solution,the seedling roots become more thick and robust. The restraint effect on the elongation of aerial parts is lesser than of the underground parts but there is significant difference on the dry weight of aerial parts between the pre -treated seedling and the check. Moreover, every concentration can promote the emergence of primary root.We deem preliminarily that the concentration of 40-6 Oppm have best effect for enhancing the quality of wheat seedling.
