高校体育教学应为适应21世纪形势发展需求而进行改革,应根据教学主体对体育需要的变化来改革教学内容与教学形式,树立"以人为本"的评价理念,使之更符合学生发展的需要。

PE teaching of colleges and universities should take reform in order to meet the needs of the development in the 21st century.It should innovate its contents and patterns in teaching according to its subjects.'Man-oriented' idea of judgment should be set up to fit the requirement of students' development.
