Though condemned by international community, terrorism is still overspreading until now. Terrorists keep regrouping and reforming by using the internet to propagandize their extreme doctrine, collect money, enlarge organization, teach terror technique and make panic, which has been threatening the peace and development of the world and requires the world's cooperation to fight back.
