摘要
如何推进竞技运动教材化改革进程,实现高中体育课堂教学教师教学方式和学生学习方式的变革是新课程对于学校体育教师提出的重要任务。跳远技术教学作为竞技运动被导入学校体育教学过程后,其传统的教学方法已无法适应现行体育新课程标准的要求。我们以实验的方式对高中男生跳远无板完整教学进行了研究,结果表明:(1)实验班学生对于跳远课的积极性显著地高于控制班学生;(2)实验班学生的跳远成绩显著地优于控制班学生;(3)实验班学生的技评成绩显著地优于控制班学生。
How to promote the transform of introducing the competitive sports into our physical education class? And how to change the teaching method of the teachers and the learning method of the students in physical education class in high schools? These are the two main tasks for our P.E. teachers in high schools. Since the teaching of long jump technique has been brought into P.E. class, the traditional teaching method is not fit for our new curriculum criterion of physical education class any longer. So we do experiments among the boy students in our school to study the integrated teaching method of long jump without take-off board. Here come out the following results 1) The students in the experimental class are much more active in the long jump than the students in the traditional class. 2) The grade of long jump in the experimental class is much higher than that in the traditional class 3) The technique evaluation of the experimental class is much better than that in the traditional class.
