A Commentary on Woolf's Concept of Feminist Literature

As a famous British feminist critic in the early 20th century, Woolf systematically introduced the thoughts of feminism into the criticism of female literature, and made a great contribution to the growth of it. Her concept of feminist literature consists of three parts: the theory of female literature which has its own literary tradition, the theory of feminine terms which should be formed in the women's writings, and the theory of 'androgyny' occurring in the literary creations. Woolf herself took an active part in the researches of them and laid a strong basis for the establishment of feminist literature and the prosperity of the other feminist schools later.
