以顺氯氨铂为主的联合化疗方案治疗晚期肿瘤的疗效观察

EVALUATION OF COMBINED CHEMOTHERAPY INCLUDING LOW-DOSE CISPLATIN IN TREATING MALIGNANT TUMORS

本文报道我院自１９８９年９月～１９９２年１２月应用以顺氯氨铂为主的联合化疗方案治疗晚期恶性肿瘤３１例的结果。本组患者病期均较晚，故采用ＤＤＰ２Ｏｍｇ或４０ｍｇ，连用５天或３天，每次低剂量方案。３１例中，部分缓解１１例，有效率３５．５％（１１／３１）。稳定１６例，进展４例。毒性反应轻，有轻度恶心呕吐，对造血机能影响小，对肝肾等没有重大损害。结果表明低剂量ＤＤＰ为主联合化疗方案是有效而毒副反应小的方案。

From September 1989 to December 1992, 31 patients with advanced malignant tumors were treated by cisplatin-based chemotherapy. The regimen included DDP 2Omg iv on days 1～5 or DDP 40mg iv on days 1～3. There were 11(35.5%) cases got partial remission,16 showed no change, and 4 worsened. The overall response rate was 35.5%(11/31). The toxic effects observed were mild nausea, vomiting and myelosuppression, no toxicity of liver and kidney was observed. It seems that low-dose DDP-based chemotherapy is a well tolerable and active regimen.
