摘要
本文首次运用潜在影响系数评价了广西扶绥、江苏启东、海门等县肝癌一级预防措施的远期潜在效果，探讨了目前条件下肝癌一级预防措施远期潜在效果评价的方法。
By the use of potential impact fraction method, this paper has assessed the long term potential effectiveness of the primary liver cancer primary preventive measure carried out at Fu-sui, Guangxi Province and Qi-dong and Hai-men Jiangsu Province. The method of assessment for the long term potential effectiveness resulted from the primary preventive measure of liver cancer was explored too.
