摘要
以北京地区主栽品种桃八月脆和丰白为试验材料,研究了采前锰、钙和钙加锰处理对两个品种桃在(2±1)℃贮藏温度下生理变化的影响,分析了锰和钙对桃采后生理变化的调节机制。结果表明,各处理均促进了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性增加,减少O·2和H2O2的积累。采前锰处理对过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和H2O2含量影响不大。
Bayuecui and Fengbai peaches,which were dominative varieties cultivated in Beijing,were fertilized with manganese(Mn) or calcium(Ca) and their combination on trees in this experiment. The physiological changes in two peaches during storage at(2±1)℃ were investigated. The results showed that MnCl_(2)、CaCl_(2) and CaCl_(2)+MnCl_(2 )treatments increased the POD,SOD and CAT activities, decreased the accumulations of O~·_2and H_(2)O_(2).No obverse effects of spraying MnCl_(2 )on CAT activity and H_(2)O_(2 )content were observed in the peaches.
