小豆荚色及粒重性状的RAPD分子标记初探 被引量:4

摘要 将JN5×HB801杂交组合F2世代单株及其双亲按荚色及籽粒大小进行分组,荚色分为黑荚、褐荚和白荚3组;籽粒分为相对大粒型组和相对小粒型组,每组随机抽取12个单株DNA组成其BSA池,利用520条RAPD随机引物对BSA池及其亲本进行多态性检测。初步研究结果表明:S91在亲本及粒重基因池之间表现多态性;而引物S136在亲本及不同荚色基因池之间表现多态性。 In this experiement,F_(2) plants derived from cross between JN5 and HeBei801 were divided into groups by seed colour and seed weight,namely black pod ,brown and white pod in seed colour trait, and relatively big seeds and relatively small seeds in seed weight trait. DNAs of 12 random sampling plants from each group were utilized for Bulked segregant analysis(BSA).Genetic polymorphism within genepool and between parents had been extensively examined by 520 RAPD primers. The results preliminarily showed that one primer(S91) detected polymorphic band within genepool of seed weight and between parents, and the other primer(S136)detected polymorphic band within genepool of legume colour and between parents.
