摘要
鳞茎腐烂病是百合贮藏期的重要病害,笔者从北京地区发生的百合典型鳞茎腐烂组织中分离到3种病原真菌,经过对病原菌形态特征和培养性状的观察以及致病性测定等方面的研究,结果表明Penicilliumcyclopium和Rhizopusstolonifer是引起百合贮藏期鳞茎发生腐烂的主要致病菌。
Bulb rot is a destructive postharvest disease in plantings and transporting of Lilium spp.Three fungi were isolated from the base of the stem showing typical bulb-rot symptoms of Lilium spp.According to the morphology, cultural characteristics and pathogenicity,Penicillium cyclopium and Rhizopus stolonifer were identified as the main pathogens causing bulb-rot in Lilium spp.
