Thinking on the Professional Ethics of the Librarians

笔者阐述了信息网络环境下图书馆员职业道德建设新内涵和新特点,认为应把信息素养、知识产权保护、创新能力的培养等内化于理念,外延于实践,从而培养高素质馆员和打造高水平服务团队。

This paper aims to analyze the new concept and characteristics of strengthening the librarian's professional ethics in the information network situation.Librarians and its group should bear in mind the idea of the information quality, knowledge property right and creativity so as to improve their services.
