摘要
转子位置的检测精度直接影响电磁轴承的控制精度。介绍了不同类型位移传感器的基本原理和特点,根据电磁轴承系统对位移传感器的特殊要求,以及差动变压器式传感器的输出电压有效值与气隙变化量成线性关系的优点,选择其作为电磁轴承系统的位置检测传感器。并采用专用芯片AD598构成信号处理电路,提高其性能。
The measuring precision of displacement has an important effect on the control characteristic in magnetic bearing system.The principles and features of several type of displacement sensors have been presented.According to the requirement for magnetic bearing, the differential transformer type sensor has been chosed for its linear relation between output voltage and gap variation.And the special IC AD598 is used for signal processing circuit to improve its linearity,reliability and stability.
