舞毒蛾病毒对柞蚕幼虫的致病性试验初报

The experiment of the pathogenicity of gypsy moth NPV on the larva of Antheraea pernyi

采用3种浓度的舞毒蛾NPV进行了舞毒蛾幼虫防治试验和柞蚕幼虫的致病性试验,结果表明防治舞毒蛾的效果在93%以上,对柞蚕幼虫无毒性和致死作用。应用舞毒蛾病毒方法简单,效果好,为今后在柞蚕场区防治舞毒蛾探索出了一条新路。

The experiment of the pathogenicity of gypsy moth NPV on Antheraea pernyi was made,and the result showed it was nonpoisonous to Antheraea pernyc.Gypsy moth NPV was also used (against) Lymantria dispar and the control effect was over 93%.As a result,the application of gypsy moth NPV in the control of Lymantria dispar was safe in tussah field.
