摘要
针对钻井大包工程钻井液材料管理存在的问题,采取严肃设计、加强信息反馈、健全现场监督管理制约机制、采用厂家提供回执单、现场用量与采购情况进行对照管理等措施,杜绝了以次充好、材料使用混乱等现象的发生,取得了较好的管理效果。在设计、采购、使用、检测、捡查、反馈、对照落实等环节,形成闭合回路,即通过加强现场监督管理和质量检测,严格执行设计,形成具有可操作性的相互衔接的闭合回路的管理网络,从而提高了项目整体的运行质量。闭合式管理建立了以设计为中心、以质量为导向、高效运作的流程,形成了一套自我纠错、追求完善的质量保证机制。
In order to solve drilling fluid material management problems existed in turn key drilling contract , a series of support measures are employed, including careful design, strengthening information feedback, perfect field supervision, compare provider checklists and field consumptions and ordering, etc. The measurements abstain confused material use, and reach better management effects. Establishing closed loop from drilling fluid design, ordering, use, inspect, check, feedback, to comparison, namely, forming a feasible and connected closed-loop management net by enhancing field supervision and quality inspecting to ensure successfully project run. The management takes design as center, quality as guidance, and develops a high efficient working system characterized as self-correcting and pursuing perfect qualities.
